1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bet939 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. bet939 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately and change your password.

You must keep your registered information — including contact details and payment method information — accurate and up to date. You can update account details through the account settings section. Changes to name or date of birth require identity verification documents.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bet939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance — what you deposit is what appears in your account. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

All funds deposited must be your own. bet939 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be reversed and the account reviewed. You must not use any payment method that you do not have legitimate authorisation to use.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If the original deposit method is no longer available, the support team will work with you to arrange an alternative verified method.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bet939 will require identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of this process.

Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed promptly. Bank transfers may take additional business days. bet939 will not be responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from our end.

Funds that have been deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in the bonus terms. bet939 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bet939 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other time-limited promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly when the offer is presented.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. Wagering on certain game types — such as live casino in some offers — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Always check the individual offer terms before claiming a bonus.

Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, or any other activity that bet939 determines to be bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension. Winnings generated through bonus abuse will be voided.

• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on bet939 covers cricket, football, esports and other sports listed on the platform. This includes PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic cricket competitions, international football fixtures and major esports tournaments. The availability of markets for any specific event is at the discretion of bet939 and may change based on event status, data feed availability or other operational factors.

All bets are subject to acceptance by bet939. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including incorrect odds — may be voided. bet939 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or for any player.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a market is suspended stand. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. In the event of a data feed error during live betting, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at bet939's discretion.

Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or if the event outcome cannot be determined. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Accumulator bets with one voided leg will be recalculated with that leg removed.

Any player found to have insider knowledge of match outcomes, to be involved in match fixing, or to be placing bets in a coordinated manner to manipulate markets will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. bet939 cooperates with sports integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting patterns.

8. Casino & Games

The bet939 casino section includes live casino games, slots, RNG table games, crash games and other formats. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for non-live game outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers via live video stream and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

All game outcomes on bet939 are final once the round is complete and settled. Disputed game results must be reported to the support team within 48 hours of the event. Reports submitted after this period may not be investigated. In the event of a genuine technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from a round affected by a clear technical error will not be paid.

If your connection drops during a live casino session or while a slot game is in progress, bet939's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of that round. Where a round was completed on the server before disconnection, the result stands. Where a round cannot be determined due to the disconnection, the stake will be returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet939 and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account access with other individuals.
• Placing bets in connection with any match-fixing or sports corruption activity.

10. Privacy
